Dublin March on to All Ireland semi final

The dubs (the team the rest of the country love to hate) marched on to the semi finals of the all Ireland championship with a 3 point win over Derry

Dublin seemed to have this match wrapped up half way into the second half having notched up a 6 point lead but Derry were far from finished and battled gamely right to the end.

Derry had a late goal chance to force a reply but the Dublin defence held strong to the delight of the 83,000 strong home crowd. Kerry overcame Monaghan in the other quarter final at the weekend to set up a mouth watering semifinal clash with Dublin
